If heavy transport is to meet the Euro 6 standards, advanced exhaust and emission solutions are needed to help reduce air pollution.

Therefore, the management of Dinex has for some time invested in new technology and can now, as the first producer in the world, present a wide range of particle filters in the spare parts market. The products meet all the Euro 6 standards and therefore help to make it possible for all types of trucks to run more environmentally friendly than ever before.

According to Per H. Larsen, Chief Sales Officer at Dinex, Dinex is constantly paying attention to delivering products that meet environmental requirements, customers’ needs and the latest technology. The new particle filters are the result of this.

“The demand for products that meet the Euro 6 standard is a need that we cover now, and we are proud of being able to offer these products to our customers.”

Dinex develops the products themselves at their own factories in Latvia and Finland, among others. Globally, 120 employees are exclusively focused on development. 95% of all exhausts and accessories are produced in the company’s own factories, which are distributed all over the world. According to Per H. Larsen, this provides the customers with price advantages, high quality and flexibility.

“We keep our products in stock and we control the process from start to finish. We have our own test centre, which ensures quality; we are not dependent on subcontractors. And we can react quickly if a customer suddenly needs a large delivery.”

Dinex Test Center

According to Sales manager Aivis Grotuzis (Latvia), there is a great need for Euro 6 products in European markets. Dinex is ready with both pipes, fittings & particle filters for a wide range of brands and models at a competitive price.

“The progressive product programme is exactly one of our biggest strengths, because we are developing more than 300 item numbers for the aftermarket every year,” says Aivis Grotuzis and adds:

“We know that it gives value to our customers to have a Dinex product on the shelf, because we have both the broad product range for the brand new euro standards, but also a very high quality, which allows our customers to save time in the workshops. The products are easy to install and they last.

For Dinex, it is a constant process to work hard to reach even lower levels of particle and NOx emissions. Among other things, the company has developed its own NOx programme. The electronic NOx sensor is installed in Euro 4/5/6 exhaust systems and helps to monitor the optimum functioning of the exhaust system in relation to the reduction of NOx levels. This means that if an error is reported on the NOx sensor, it may, for example, be due to incorrect dosing of AdBlue.

With production and sales in 16 different countries, Dinex is one of the world’s leading manufacturers and suppliers of innovative exhaust products and emission systems for the heavy-duty vehicles and diesel engines industry. The company is equally ambitious with products for the aftermarket as with the original exhaust parts.

The growing portfolio of more than 15,000 item numbers and complete systems represents everything from pipes, silencers, clamps, flexible pipes, insulations and aftercare products such as catalysts (SCR) and particle filters (DPF).
